Since the start of my career I have been committed towards establishing units and centers in innovative research towards developing novel therapeutics. I strongly believe that quality human resource and dynamic working environment are fundamental to creativity and for that intra-institutional, inter-disciplinary strategy are key factors. I strongly support in the creation of alternative economies through establishing R&D hubs where in house prototypes are developed and offered to end users in line with KSA vision 2030.
